Quoin Hill Vineyard Pyrenees Region
The Gap Chardonnay 2005
Beneath the
Pyrenees Ranges the road to Avoca passes between Quoin Hill
and Big Hill. It is known to the locals as The Gap and is the
inspiration for this unique Victorian Chardonnay. Hand picked
at an elevation of 520 metres from its bed of rich volcanic
soil, The Gap has been patiently matured in fine French Oak.
The result is a chardonnay that is of exceptional quality.
